Profile Picture Prototype Update

Added shadow.
Re-colored hat base.
Added Sun and Stars.
Added an emblem on peak (Stars, Sun, and Sword-like cross).
Philippine Flag Background added.
Removed gold glazed "band" near front

Will add:

Hat fastener (Rope around the hat).
Shadow on the back coming soon.
Add reflect effect on visor.
